Classical Pipes is the organist of the Holy Name Church, Manchester. He graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music in 1992, winning the Alice Shawcross organ award and Ist prize in the Prix Scarbo. He was then appointed organ scholar at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King. Since leaving Liverpool, he has combined teaching at Withington Girls' School, The Manchester Grammar School and St Bede's College with a busy performing schedule.

Classical Pipes has given solo organ recitals in many of the concert halls and cathedrals in Great Britain. He has toured Europe as an organist and continuo player and gave his American debut at St Patrick's Cathedral in New York. He regularly plays for Radio 4 and has appeared on ITV’s Coronation Street!

Classical Pipes is available for weddings & funerals. Although based in Manchester our organist is happy to travel further afield - travel expenses will apply for bookings made outside the Manchester area. Please enquiry for availability.
